Test Description
Maruti Suzuki test pattern has two phases
- Online test
- Interview
Online test:
- The test comprises of 110 questions for a duration of 72 minutes.
- There will be questions related to Quantitative aptitude, Logical reasoning, Verbal ability, Technical questions and Psychometric testing.
- Quantitative sections contain questions on time and distance, time and work, number system, arithmetic progressions, profit, and loss, etc.
- Logical reasoning sections contain questions on Data Interpretation, blood relations, directions, coding, and decoding.
- Verbal section features questions on basic grammar.
- The technical section consists of questions on basic and conceptual questions from the topic like SOM, thermodynamics, IC Engine, fluid mechanics, etc.
- The psychometric section consists of behavioral questions.
Interview:
- Technical and HR interview happens at the same time.
- Technical questions asked is based on the job post offered in the campus recruitment.
- The questions are from the automobile and mechanical engineering topics.
- HR interview is to check the attitude, Goal-oriented working, Integrity, Intelligence, etc.

- Which mechanism is used in the Automobile gearing system?
- Discuss the working of C.I. Engine?
- Are you willing to work overtime?
