ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA TO TAKE NATIONAL QUALIFIER TEST:
- Graduating Year : 2019
- Qualification : B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/M.Sc/MCA (Full-time Students)
- Specialization :
- B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech – All Specializations
- M.Sc – Computer Science/Information Technology and other related disciplines
- MCA with B.Sc/BCA/B.Com/BA (with Mathematics/Statistics)
OTHER CRITERIA:
- Backlogs: A candidate should not have more than 1 pending backlog at the time of appearing for the test.
- Academic Gap: an Overall gap in academics should not exceed 2 years
- Academic Course Completion: All academic courses should be finished within the stipulated courseduration as per TCS Eligibility Criteria and/or they should be completed within the duration asprescribed by the Board/University.

WHAT IS THE NATIONAL QUALIFIER TEST PATTERN?
TCS Ninja Hiring’s National Qualifier test is of 90 mins. The pattern is as follows:
- Quantitative Aptitude – 20 questions (40 mins)
- Programming logic – 10 questions ( 20 mins)
- Coding – 1 or 2 questions (20 mins)
- English – 1 question (10 mins)
QUANTITATIVE APTITUDE SECTION:
- MCQ aptitude questions carry negative marking for every wrong answer whereas Fill Up the Blanks (FUB) questions will not carry any negative marking.
- This section has two sub-sections namely Standard & Adavanced.
- Your qualification to interview would depend on your performance in both the sub sections.
- The ‘Adavanced section’ of this group is one of the qualifiers for your eligibility to the test for TCS Digital Hiring.
- Important topics in this section are Speed and Distance, Profit and Loss, Time and Work, Probability, Permutation and Combination and puzzles.
PROGRAMMING LOGIC SECTION:
- In this section, there are 10 programming questions from C language like input, output, debugging, basic programming concepts which are of MCQ/ Fill up the Blanks type questions.
- This section also has two sub-sections namely Standard & Adavanced. Your qualification to interview would depend on your performance in both the sub sections.
- The ‘Adavanced section’ of this group is one of the qualifiers for your eligibility to the test for TCS Digital Hiring.

CODING SECTION:
- Coding section comprises 1 or 2 questions to be solved in C, C++ programming language and might ask to code using the command line arguments.
