TCS National-Level Common Recruitment Test - 2019 Update

  • TCS has become the synonymic figure for neutral recruitment as it has identified and employed the
skilled candidates from all over the country through a National-Level common recruitment test for TCS
Ninja and TCS Digital roles. The company hired 30k freshers for TCS Ninja role, while it hired nearly
400 freshers for TCS Digital role.
  • This year also the company has planned to conduct the National-Level recruitment test, but with a few
changes. Although not officially confirmed by the TCS, the recruitment is expected to open to all
colleges/universities. It’s to be noted that last year, the process was open for only accredited colleges.
  • Another change that we can expect is that the number of fresher intakes is expected to increase by 10 to
20% this year. Moreover, CTC is also likely to be increased significantly. Thus, the National-Level
Recruitment Test for TCS Ninja and TCS Digital roles will happen to be a lucrative career choice for
freshers
  • The pattern for the tests will remain the same this year too. And, the company is found to keep its
emphasis on the technical rounds. Just like last year, coding questions are expected to be on the higher
side. So, it’s high time that students need to start preparing immediately.
