Test Description

The recruitment process of Thought Works has the following rounds:

  • 1st: online coding (Rapid Programming)
  • 2nd: Interactive programming –object oriented programming
  • 3rd: technical interview 1Face to Face
  • 4th: technical interview 2 problem solving
  • 4th: HR interview

The questions for the written test and coding are moderate in terms of difficulty levels and you will be asked only technical questions based on programming. The second round is the interactive programming. Interactive programming is a programming method where you write parts of the program when it is already active.

There are totally two technical interviews one being face to face and the other being problem solving. Once you clear these you will be eligible for the HR interview which is more of a personality assessment.
